Assistant Company Secretary

Overview and Role Summary

The candidate will be responsible for assisting our company secretary and various administrative duties. You will support our business growth and company secretary department by processing bills, invoices, and related documents, as well as updating our database. This position will give you the opportunity to grow your company secretarial knowledge and experience.

You will be joining a young and motivated teams, receive a competitive salary and medical insurance. Although this is a Hong Kong role, the nature of how the firm operates means that international work is the norm. An international and collaborative mindset is imperative.


  • Process bills, invoices and related documents

  • Perform administrative support functions

  • Update and maintain company database

  • Assist with day-to-day company secretary duties

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications, Experience and Expectations

  • University student or graduate

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese

  • Good team player with a 'can-do' attitude towards all given tasks

  • Independent and responsible with a proactive attitude and highly detail oriented

  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload and to meet strict deadlines

  • Understanding of the importance of privacy and confidentiality of all sensitive data

  • Law-firm and accounting experience would be an advantage
