Ravenscroft & Schmierer, founded in 1985, is a leading law firm in Hong Kong in the areas of corporate, commercial, tax, and dispute resolution, with a focus on international clients. Our lawyers come from and are qualified in multiple jurisdictions and welcome instructions from anywhere in the world. Our managing partner Stefan Schmierer is the only German lawyer admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong who permanently resides in Hong Kong and advises clients in all matters of German and Hong Kong law. We are the trusted lawyers of the German and Austrian Consulate General and have been cooperating with the Austrian Trade Commission and German Chamber of Commerce for many years.
Our firm has alliances with other independent law firms around the world through our membership of international networks of independent law firms such as ADWA (Alliance of German Business Lawyers in Asia) and CBBL (Cross Border Business Lawyers). Our Hong Kong office is located in Sai Ying Pun and enjoys a beautiful view over Victoria Harbour.
