Marketing Executive

What we are looking for:

- Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan;

- Manage legal guides and directories interviews and submissions;

- Handle all marketing, newsletter and social media activities and events to generate leads;

- Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies;

- Maintain an active public presence on LinkedIn;

- Take ownership of tasks and meet deadlines.

What we expect:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, ideally in marketing, law or related field;

- Experience with social media marketing, and newsletters campaigns;

- Ability to influence and negotiate with colleagues to achieve objectives;

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;

- Commercial awareness and an innovative mind-set for developing and evolving ways of working;

- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills at all levels;

- Ability to follow-up frequently, motivate and coach lawyers to engage on marketing initiatives;

- Ability to prioritise a busy workload, meet tight deadlines and mange expectations;
- Ability to re-adjust and re-organise plans and priorities due to last-minute changes;

- Seek feedback from others about own performance and ways to improve;

- Maintain a courteous and professional manner in all dealings;

- High level of confidentiality, discretion and diplomacy;

- Proactive, positive and 'can-do' mindset;

- Strong personal profile on social media;

- Accessible, responsive and client oriented;

- Excellent attention to detail.

This role will report to the CFO and Managing Partner and will require regular communication and coordination with various colleagues, our lawyers as well as external firms and contacts in media, digital and professional associations to ensure communications (both internal and external) support the firm's strategy, are effective and in line with our standards, and to manage our marketing and branding initiatives.


Although this is a Hong Kong role, the nature of how the firm operates means that international work is the norm. An international and collaborative mindset is imperative.
