Candidates should have experience of or the desire and ability to learn notarial practice. Further candidates should have experience in general litigation matters and are expected to handle their tasks independently. The firm offers a flexible working environment, state of the art offices and IT equipment.

Candidates should have at least 2 to 3 years PQE in litigation/ arbitration, be able to handle independently complex international litigation and arbitration cases and be able to lead and guide other team members. The firm offers a flexible working environment, state of the art offices and IT equipment.

We only accept as many trainee solicitors as we are able to employ permanently after the trainee solicitor stage so that we can ensure that our trainee solicitors get an adequate training for their legal career.


With our substantial Company Secretary department, we are constantly looking for new colleagues. Please send us your application if you have at least two years’ experience in working as company secretary or a similar position.


Our solicitors and company secretaries are supported by a team of paralegals, administrators and secretaries. We welcome applications from young or experienced colleagues that would like to join our international team and drive our firm forward.


We regularly offer internships for interested students and recent graduates. Whether you are studying in Hong Kong or abroad, we appreciate your application for an internship at our firm. Candidates requiring sponsorship for a visa must be available for at least three months.
