Samantha Bradley

Samantha joined Ravenscroft & Schmierer as a Consultant in 2022 and is a specialist legal advisor to family offices, their clients, trustees and employees on family office structuring and operations, family governance and succession, regulation and compliance risks, adopting ESG principles.

Samantha was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong and in England & Wales and is the former Head of Legal to a large single family office. She is also a specialist legal advisor to family offices and advisor to individuals, families, their trustees and employees on the broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters normally encountered by families and their family offices

Samantha is also the STEP Hong Kong Branch Director where she frequently speaks and authors legal articles.
