Yami Ng

Trainee Solicitor

Yami Ng has rejoined our firm as our Trainee Solicitor, following the successful completion of her PCLL training.

Prior to her PCLL studies, Yami was our Company Secretary with experience in corporate and company secretarial services, covering areas such as the formation and administration of local and offshore companies, M&A transactions, change of shareholders’ structure, corporate changes for companies, and the liquidation of companies.

Furthermore, with her experience in handling AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance and applications in trademark and other IP, Ravenscroft & Schmierer is pleased with her return.

As a Trainee Solicitor Yami will handle cases from our corporate clients, as well as probate and matrimonial cases.

Yami obtained her Master of Laws and Bachelor of Law from Swansea University in 2017 and worked at a local law firm in Hong Kong before joining Ravenscroft & Schmierer in 2020. She completed her PCLL at the City University of Hong Kong in 2024.
