Yami Ng

Company Secretary

Yami Ng obtained her Master of Laws and Bachelor of Law from Swansea University in 2017.

Prior to joining Ravenscroft & Schmierer, she worked in a local law firm in Hong Kong.

As a company secretary and paralegal, Yami was mainly responsible for corporate and company secretarial services, covering areas such as the formation and administration of local and offshore companies, M&A transactions, change of shareholders’ structure, corporate changes for companies, and the liquidation of companies.

She also has experience in handling compliance of Anti-Money Laundering matters, as well as trademark and other IP applications.
