Yami Ng

Trainee Solicitor

Yami Ng has rejoined our firm as a Trainee Solicitor after successfully completing her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL). She brings a solid foundation in corporate practice from her previous role as Company Secretary, where she gained extensive experience in company formation and administration, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, corporate restructuring, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, and trademark applications.

During her traineeship, Yami is broadening her legal practice to include corporate, probate, and matrimonial matters.

She is also a Chartered Company Secretary and an Associate Member of both the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and the Chartered Governance Institute.
