Company Secretary

Our firm acts as Company Secretary for many of our clients’ Hong Kong entities. This includes the administration of all corporate documents to ensure that our clients’ companies comply with all regulatory laws in a fast-changing legal environment. We act as the main contact and liaison point between the Hong Kong authorities and our clients so that our clients can focus on their business activities rather than on administrative matters.
