We support our clients in employment matters. With our managing partner serving as director of several of our clients’ local entities we draft employment contracts, stock option schemes and other complex documentation for our client’s white-collar employees. We further handle the exit of senior management, acting for both employers and employees, endeavoring to resolve any dispute in an amicable matter, even providing a win-win solution for both sides.
