Christie is a Hong Kong-qualified lawyer specializing in Fintech Debt Recovery, leveraging her expertise in commercial litigation, financial regulation and blockchain technology to navigate complex disputes in the digital finance space.

 

She began her career at Wilkinson & Grist, where she was part of the Finance & Banking litigation team, handling cross-border debt recovery litigation matters. Eager to expand her knowledge in innovative legal practices, she trained at a boutique Fintech law firm, gaining hands-on experience in crypto-related disputes, fintech projects and financial regulatory matters.

 

Christie now focuses on Fintech asset recovery, leveraging her traditional legal skills with cutting-edge knowledge of digital finance. Notably, she was involved in world’s first blockchain native tokenized injunction order, positioning her at the forefront of legal innovation in digital finance.

 

Christie is passionate about the evolving landscape of debt recovery in Fintech, leveraging her cross-disciplinary background to provide strategic solutions to clients navigating the evolving landscape of Fintech disputes and digital asset recovery.
