Chloe earned her Bachelor of Laws and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws both at City University of Hong Kong.  She was also a visiting student at Columbia University in the City of New York, Oxford University and Monash University.  During her studies, she represented her alma mater in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot as an advocate. 

 

Prior to joining Ravenscroft & Schmierer, Chloe served at a boutique firm, advising State-owned entities and listed companies in Hong Kong and the PRC on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, including cross-border acquisitions, pre-IPO due diligence and restructurings, and the compliance and licensing with the SFC.

 

She also has experience in handling civil litigation, employment disputes and transactions in the FinTech sector. At Ravenscroft & Schmierer, Chloe is leading, together with our Managing Partner, the Corporate Team and is also frequently advising our clients in corporate litigation and arbitration matters.
