Notary Internship in Hong Kong
Location: Hong Kong SAR
Work Arrangement: On-site
Duration: Minimum 8 consecutive weeks (longer preferred)
Chinese language skills: Not required (advantageous but optional)

About the Internship
Ravenscroft & Schmierer, a Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2025 & 2026 top‑ranked law firm, offers a hands‑on internship supporting our Notary Public and Head of Compliance. Our notarial practice serves a high volume of local and international clients, making this an ideal opportunity for candidates interested in notarial procedures, AML compliance, and professional client service in an international law‑firm environment.
This internship is suitable for term-time students or recent graduates who are self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently under supervision.

Students from all academic backgrounds with strong administrative skills and interest in notarial work are welcome. A law degree is not required.
Key Responsibilities
You will support the firm's Notary Public and Compliance Team by assisting with:

client communication via email, phone, and in-person meetings
-
administrative and document-handling tasks
-
AML (anti‑money laundering) compliance procedures
-
coordination of notarial appointments and verification processes
-
general office support as needed
This role requires professionalism, accuracy, and discretion, as you will engage directly with clients and confidential documents.
