About the Program
Campus Ambassador programmes are well-established among leading UK law firms, but in Hong Kong this initiative remains rare. To the best of our knowledge, Ravenscroft & Schmierer is the only Hong Kong law firm running a structured Campus Ambassador Programme — now entering its fifth consecutive year since its launch in summer 2021.

Our ambassadors represent Ravenscroft & Schmierer on their campuses across Hong Kong, the UK, and globally, helping students learn more about the firm, the legal industry, and opportunities within international commercial law.
Can I Join the Firm in Other Roles?
Yes. While this programme does not require or guarantee employment with the firm, we offer clear pathways for outstanding ambassadors.

A notable example is Kelly Leung, one of our first Campus Ambassadors.
She:
-
completed her LLB at the University of Birmingham
-
studied the PCLL at the University of Hong Kong
-
joined Ravenscroft & Schmierer on a training contract
-
was admitted to the High Court in 2024
-
is now one of our Associate Solicitors
Similarly, several Campus Ambassadors secure vacation schemes and training contract offers at leading international law firms due to the skills and networks they develop here.
