Talent Acquisition Internship in Hong Kong
Location: Hong Kong SAR
Work Arrangement: On-site
Duration: Minimum 8 consecutive weeks (longer preferred)
Chinese language skills: Not required (advantageous but optional)

About the Internship
Ravenscroft & Schmierer, a Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2025 & 2026 top‑ranked law firm, offers a hands‑on Talent Acquisition internship supporting our Marcom & Operations Manager. As our firm receives a high volume of applications year‑round, this internship provides valuable exposure to HR operations, recruitment workflows, candidate communication, and internal administration.
This role is ideal for term‑time students or recent graduates who are enthusiastic, highly organised, and eager to gain practical HR experience in a fast‑paced, international professional services environment.

Students from all degree backgrounds with strong administrative skills and interest in HR are welcome. HR or administrative experience is an advantage but not required.
Key Responsibilities
You will support the firm's HR and administration operations by assisting with:

processing job applications from our website and job boards
-
responding to candidate inquiries via email, phone, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Teams
-
scheduling and conducting interviews with applicants
-
tracking application status and maintaining organised digital records
-
supporting Campus Ambassadors with basic content and media creation
-
assisting with general administrative and HR tasks as needed
This role requires professionalism, consistency, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage sensitive candidate information with discretion.
