Samantha Bradley

Samantha joined Ravenscroft & Schmierer as a Consultant in 2022 and is a specialist legal advisor to individuals, family offices, their clients, trustees and employees on family office structuring and operations, family governance and succession, regulation and compliance risks.

 

She advises on the broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters normally encountered by families and their family offices in their personal and commercial relationships with a focus on just and equitable dispute resolution.  

 

Samantha has been admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales in 1995 and in Hong Kong since 2010 and is the former Head of Legal to a large single family office in Hong Kong.

 

At the time of leaving private practice in 2009 to go in-house Samantha was in the top tier of Chambers for Private Client/Wealth Management which stated.

 

"She wins market acclaim for her "technical brilliance” - she is absolutely excellent and has substantial experience dealing with wealthy families”.

 

Since returning to private practice in 2022 she has been mentioned in the asialaw ranking 2023 as a 'notable' lawyer.

 

Samantha is based out of Europe and works remotely with clients in Hong Kong.
