Marketing & Operations Internship in Hong Kong
Location: Hong Kong SAR
Work Arrangement: On-site
Duration: Minimum 8 consecutive weeks (longer preferred)
Chinese language skills: Not required (advantageous but optional)
Applicants without the right to work in Hong Kong/Mainland China, or without residential connections or immediate travel plans to the region, will not be shortlisted.
About the Internship
Within the Marketing & Operations function at Ravenscroft & Schmierer, interns work closely with our MarCom & Operations Manager, Guillaume Duchêne, to support the firm’s outreach, branding, and communication strategy.
You will contribute to the creation and management of LinkedIn posts, YouTube videos, Instagram reels, website content, and other digital assets that present our firm’s expertise and values to clients and the wider community.
Interns also assist with operational projects, helping streamline internal workflows, maintain SharePoint resources, and support daily administrative needs. Some tasks may include integrating our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into firm operations, in collaboration with our Head of Compliance, Jan‑Patrik Reimann.
This internship is ideal for students interested in marketing, communications, digital content creation, brand strategy, or operations management.

Key Responsibilities
You will support the firm’s marketing and operational activities by assisting with:
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
-
preparing and screening LinkedIn posts, YouTube videos, Instagram reels, and website updates
-
drafting articles and short-form written content
-
contributing ideas for digital campaigns and social media strategy
-
assisting with script planning, video preparation, or visual design
-
organising media files and maintaining content libraries
Operations & Internal Projects
-
helping improve internal workflows and documentation
-
updating and maintaining SharePoint resources
-
supporting office operations and administrative tasks
-
assisting with ESG-related initiatives and internal culture projects (under the guidance of our Head of Compliance)
Branding & Communication
-
ensuring brand consistency across platforms
-
helping prepare presentations, newsletters, and marketing materials
-
supporting client‑oriented communication projects when required
Tasks are tailored according to your skillset, creativity, and level of experience.
Candidate Profile
Successful applicants will demonstrate:

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Creativity and interest in marketing or digital content
-
A proactive “can‑do” attitude toward tasks

Ability to work independently and under supervision

Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills

Good mastery of MS Office; experience with Canva, Adobe, or video tools is a plus

High attention to detail and brand quality

Professionalism, confidentiality, and good team spirit

Interest in ESG, corporate communications, or workplace culture (optional but valued)
